  Others 15,000yen      
  Junior Residents 5,000yen      
  Undergraduate Students 2,000yen      
  Banquet (May 29)   All participants 1,000yen      
Student registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the head of department confirming their status and/or a copy of valid student card.
Participants are requested to fill out and send the Registration Form to the Contact Office by fax or email.

Payment
All registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by credit card.
Credit cards to be accepted are VISA and MasterCard. Please provide all information requested on the Registration Form.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be as follows :
  Before April 27, 2008   100% refund (miuns 500yen handling fee)
  April 28 to May 27, 2008   50% refund
  After May 28, 2008   No refund
